The combined voices of Rock Choir, St Edmund’s Choir and the congregation singing ‘How Great Thou Art’ at the Dedication Service for Nicholas and Kevin Godfrey-Cole on Saturday 19th September filled St Edmunds Church and very nearly raised the roof.

Having come into the church to a duet sung by Mike Tandy and Anna Hallard, the couple, who were married at King’s Lynn Registry Office, were joined by friends and family for the service that featured the theme of love.

Tony Bishopp read the first reading from Corinthians and this was followed by Gemma Parsons’ rendition of the poem ‘I’ll be there’. The Rock Choir sang ‘Something inside so strong’ before Nicholas and Kevin confirmed the promises they had made at their wedding just four days before.

The couple left the church to loud applause
